How do you break in new English tall riding boots?
put them on,
fill the tub,
stand in the tub until the boots are completly saturated,
drain the tub,
go for a walk and dont come back until the boots are dry.
it works for hiking boots.

Reply:wear them! If they need to stretch a little to be comfortable you can put some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and spray the insides of the boots and then wear them for a little bit. Take them off and let any last bits of the alcohol evaporate. wait a while and do it again, wearing them just till it starts to bother you and then taking them off.
Reply:suck it up and wear them all the time or go to a leather worker or alteration guy and have them stretched
